Rasoi Magic Spice Mix - Pav Bhaji 55 g

Red Chilli, Iodised Salt, Coriander, Tomato Powder, Corn Starch, Cumin, Dry Mango Powder, Fennel, Spices & Condiments.

Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add finely chopped capsicum and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato puree and finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add spice mix paste and cook for 5 minutes. Add boiled and mased vegetables and 1 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 2 tbsp butter. garnish & serve hot.
